Case studies

Anonymized project patterns you can copy into an inquiry.

These patterns show how fashion lingerie programs usually run—costume sets, bridal-leaning capsules and OEM from a Tech Pack. Named customer stories with logos or confidential metrics publish only after written authorization.

No invented logos, ratings or unnamed “success stories.” Authorization first for named cases.

Each pattern is a composite planning example: buyer situation, path decisions, steps and what to send in an inquiry. They omit buyer names, logos and confidential metrics. Use them to brief a similar project—not as testimonials or guaranteed outcomes.

Composite, anonymized patterns—ask for a private reference during evaluation when NDAs allow.

What becomes a named case study?

An authorized case study needs written permission to name the buyer or brand, an agreed summary of category and buying path, and only metrics the buyer allows. Without that, LaceSource keeps the work private and publishes anonymized patterns instead.

  • Written authorization

Name, logo, market and any figures need buyer approval before they appear on this site.

  • Agreed scope

Category, path and destination markets stay factual and limited to what was approved.

  • Evidence on request

Trade buyers can ask privately for references when NDAs and authorization allow—not via public fake reviews.

If you are a past buyer willing to authorize a story, mention it in your inquiry or email.

Which pattern matches your path?

Start with costume or multi-piece wholesale when the library already shows the look. Use bridal private label for ivory and lace gift capsules. Choose OEM when a Tech Pack or custom lace map leaves the library. Unsure—send category, quantity and market on the inquiry form.
